Studio Aischilou

In early 2012 I moved to Limassol, where I have opened a new Studio, STUDIO AISCHILOU at 17 Aischilou. It is located very centrally, close to the St Nicholas Roundabout and Municipal Park and just around the corner from Pop Colour Art Shop. As usual, visitors are always welcome to view my work, though it is advisable to phone first to make sure that I am in.

I also offer tailor-made tuition (painting, drawing, printmaking, driftwood art) on a one-to-one or group basis, run occasional workshops for children and adults and plan to offer evening art-jamming sessions through the autumn and winter. If you wish to discuss ordering a commission, would be interested in arranging an exhibition of my work or want to discuss having lessons with me, please contact me by phone or by email.

Recent work includes a new Portrait commission, a Replica of Frida Kahlo’s ‘The Two Frida’s’, work made using my own collected pigments from various places here in Cyprus, painted driftwood and hand-painted greeting cards based on images of ancient Cypriot pottery designs. My new body of work, painting Plumeria (Frangipani), has been inspired by a recent visit to Hawaii, where I was utterly delighted by that flower’s variety of colours and shapes there.
